Arrive on Friday July 15 late afternoon, get settled in your room and meet for a 90 minute yoga practice followed by dinner. We will spend our evening around a bonfire (weather permitting) so bring your singing voice and instruments of choice.

On Saturday we'll awake to a 90 minute yoga practice followed by breakfast.
After lunch we will go for a two hour walk in the beautiful forest surrounding the farm.
More yoga before dinner, and an evening movie in the common room (title tba).

Time between activities can be spent as you wish: canoeing or swimming in the spring fed, private lake; in the infrared sauna for two; walking the grounds; reading; reflecting; or taking a treatment from Marta with Natural Health Services www.thegreenhearth.ca (cost of services are extra).

Sunday morning yoga is followed by breakfast.
We'll meet by the lake to say goodbye and finish with a little lunch to nourish us for our drive home.
